A bullet an inch from his spine didn’t stop him.
A knife in the lung couldn’t stop him and neither could consecutive prison terms.

Aussie MC Doug is a fighter and he is here to leave his mark on the urban landscape.

Doug’s rhymes first caught Big Dave’s attention back in 2004 while the two served time in Goulburn jail, 4 years later Doug was signed on at KP Rekordz.

Doug brings to KP a brand of street soul that set’s him apart from the rest of Australia’s hip hop talent.

Lyrically Doug’s music represents the person he is.
An ex crim trying to turn his life around and a Koori man that holds a strong cultural identity.

He’s an MC that’s lived hard.
He’s an MC that rhymes hard.

LIVE SETS

Hitting the gig scene in a big way Doug’s first gig was as a support act for Kool Keith, Tim Dog, Marc Live and Big Dave in 2008 and he hasn’t looked back performing in NSW and The A.C.T earning the nick name Koori Soul.
