GRANTWHO?

Grantwho? Started out as a DJ on the club scene until destiny led him on a full blown journey in to the world of music production.

After growing tired of playing other peoples music he decided it was time to create a sound of his own and so he traded in the regular club nights for lengthy stints in the studio polishing his craft.

Grantwho first popped up at KP as a supporting DJ for Big Dave at gigs throughout 2007 and in 2008 he officially signed on at the label as in house producer and DJ.

The Grantwho? Sound treads a fine line between the classic hip hop sound and other genres of electronic music.
He stays true to the original style of a hip hop beat while pushing the genres boundaries to its limits.

Nobody brings the beat back like Mr Grantwho?

LIVE SETS

True heads know that the hip hop DJ is an integral part of any rap gig.

A good DJ can be the backbone that keeps the show together and Grantwho? Fills that role to a tee at every KP event.

While backing his KP  Rekordz MC’s Grantwho? has  toured and performed with international acts like – De La Soul, The Outlawz, Kool Keith, Tim Dog and Marc Live.

Locally Grantwho? and the KP lad’s have performed at venues around Oz sharing the bill with a lengthy list of the country’s finest hip hop acts including an appearance at Earthdance festival 2008, one of Australia’s biggest dance music festivals.
